Before the show last night @littlefooted and I were talking about drum shells wood type, ply vs. solid construction, cell structures, epoxies and whatnot. It made me think of this video I had just seen of a guy (Soren Berger) LITERALLLLLY turning a log into a lamp shade. Turning probably wouldn’t be the most durable drum shell you could come up with, but it’s a sweet video nonetheless. Creative peeps making inspiring creative things.
